I happened across this duo! Road manners dictated that I snug my little car into a "lay-by" to allow him to pass,
and I welcomed the opportunity!
It appears that the donkey was having a 'Bad Hair Day' ; the dog was just plain bored with the delay, but I got a polite tip of the hat from
the gentleman! This one is a real eye-catcher!"
