"Valentia Island Dolmen" County Kerry "Valentia Island, County Kerry, is about as far west as you can get in Ireland! There, in a pasture, sits this very large portal dolmen, a megalithic tomb dating from nearly 3,000 BC. Out in the Atlantic, in the distance, are the Skellig Rocks, and beyond them, Nova Scotia!" This a finely detailed 20" x 24" work in oil on Belgian linen, and with its' oak frame it measures 28" x 32".
